The calculators on apps242 give estimates for planning. They are not tax, legal, financial or professional advice, and they are not official figures. Confirm amounts with the relevant government department, your bank, your attorney or another qualified professional before you rely on them.

Rates and data

We take care to use current official rates and show when we last checked them, but rates change, especially with the national budget, and we can make mistakes. If something looks wrong, tell us.

VAT / TIN lookup

The lookup is a convenience search of lists published by the Department of Inland Revenue. It is not an official verification. A business not appearing in our search does not mean it is unregistered or non-compliant: the list may be out of date, or the business may be registered under a different name. Official confirmation must come from the Department of Inland Revenue.
